been able to make appointments at any given time and have availability, staff is always friendly and wait time is always less than 5 minutes, I have tried pretty much all the massage therapist and have not been disappointed at all.

Each massage therapist incorporates their own technique or style, which I have enjoyed each style from every experience I've had at Hand & Stone. This past therapist emphasizes more on myofascial release which is what I needed more than just a rubbing kind of massage that day. My connective tissue was hardened which I believed based off of the major aches and stiffness I had that week prior to coming in for the appointment. The massage session helped loosen my tightness in my tissue And muscles and I walked away feeling better already. I truly enjoyed learning new things from this therapist and I appreciated her techniques for healing me.
