The staff was very friendly. The person that did my facial, Nelyn, was outstanding. She was very informative and make me feel comfortable and relaxed. This was my first facial ever and it was wonderful!!!!!

The atmosphere at Hand & Stone is very friendly and relaxing. The massage with Brea was fantastic as was the facial with Jay. Both ladies were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious they wanted me to have a pleasant experience, which I most certainly did. I plan on being a regular customer.
