The friendly of the whole shop is very comfortable. The massage has helped my lower back pain and shoulder pain from stress. I will continue to get monthly massages at Hand and Stone.

Receptionist made me feel welcome and comfortable while waiting. Therapist took time to understand my needs and gave a customized massage. I had a very specific appointment time and was well accommodated.

This place is very well kept. Clean, nice staff, and although you get a lot of reminders about your up coming appointment it is very helpful! The reception treats you respectfully when a new client and as friend when you are a returning client. I have had two different therapists, and they both pay attention to your needs and even ask to make sure what your "usual" routine was before starting. It is almost like hanging out with a friend for an hour.
