Brea is the best!!!! My reason for the products being neither Satisfied nor Dissatisfied is thst I font have any desire to purchase products, only the services which I am highly satisfied with.

I got a facial. Brenda, the lady who did it, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about for healthy skin. I liked how she made accommodations for my skin type to make sure I had the best results.

Please improve your online appointment scheduling and confirmation by email. It is too complicated to request an appointment online, then wait for a call from the business to tell you what is available and I am not usually available by phone. I would definitely return more often, if I could efficiently book online and receive confirmations via email. Thank you

This was my first time here, and I did not know what to expect. I got a massage and facial. I was so pleased with both services! My massage was fantastic, the best massage I've ever had. And the facial was wonderful! Love Hand and Stone!

my massage therapist was very friendly and welcoming, I loved her energy and attitude. There was a fan in the room that very loud and distracting and made it very cold. I asked her to turn it down half way through the session and it got a little quieter but I would have loved a quiet fan so I could enjoy the music and relax a little more. I am a member of hand and stone and there was a problem checking out to use my free massage for the month but the receptionist handled it well and did not make me feel stressed. Overall I would give it a 7/10. The scents used in the waiting area were very overwhelming and gave me a headache and no one told me about any of the products being sold so that was very disappointing.

I was very satisfied with my facial & massage. I felt like a new, energized person. The staff was friendly and skilled,made me feel special.
