I have been to other spas which do not compare to hand and stone. This is my second visit, both of which were outstanding.

Sean was the person that preformed my session. I give him a star plus!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time visiting a Hand and Stone location, so I was intrigued by the introductory price and the desire to try somewhere new. My appointment was booked a few days in advance. The morning of my appointment, I called to see if the time could be adjusted to later the same day. That was no problem. Then, they called back while I was on my way there to ask if it could be changed again to even later. When I got there, my appointment was supposed to start at 3:30. I arrived on time and the appointment began on time. However, my appointment was for a one hour massage. After the therapist told me we were done and I got dressed, I returned to the lobby only to realize that the time was 4:25. My appointment was cut short and seemed to only be around 50 minutes.

The turnover rate at this specific location as long as I've been a member has been excessive. A massage therapist on two different sessions excused themselves, which takes time from the "hour" massage session. Consistency is essential to a client when they find a therapist or facialist they thoroughly enjoy coming to the spa for.

it is getting more and more expensive.

The overall experience was quite nice and relaxing. I just might not find massages as relaxing or effective for me personally.

Painful massage at times despite requesting less pressure. Too rushed. Therapist stated I asked for too much wanting warm towel massage to hands and feet with body massage. He said needs 90" when front desk said it could be done in 60" session. Now I know but better communication would be nice

The lady that did my facial never introduced herself and not vert friendly.i added the LED treatment. I had no idea what she was doing when I felt scrapping or something on my skin. Some of it actually hurt a little bit. I suggest they tell the client what they are doing before they do it.

Hi, a more sensitive topic but important to note. My therapist was wearing crocs and they were very smelly. It made the experience unpleasant. I would recommend a policy around socks to avoid smelly feet.
