There were no issues with the service or staff. I felt this was in line with other salons. There wasn't anything exceptional to warrant me marking the survey as highly satisfied

Everything was great until checkout. I can’t recall if the girl mentioned it first but someone I think was a manager kept on about how I should get a membership there as I’ve been there several times (mentioned reviewing my record of visits) and how I would save money getting a membership. I implied I couldn’t do that now and it was feeling pressured. I haven’t been there in a while and I was only there that night because it fit into my schedule and I already had money from Christmas I could apply to it. Honestly, the place in the mall is cheaper and closer to where I live and the wood house spa in Gainesville is more expensive but I feel like you get better service and experience there.

My appointment was delayed. My therapist talked far too much. I couldn’t relax due to her talking and expecting me to participate in the conversation.

The music is not conducive to relaxing, ad it often sounds like a metronome. Is it possible to tint the glass so you don't feel like you're in a strip mall?

My therapist greeted me and asked the amount of pressure I would like, not once after did he ask “too much? Too little?” And did not say anything about “this area feels really tight etc.”

The therapist spent too long on several areas which began to hurt. I mentioned that I was getting sore but he didn’t move on.

Well there was some confusion about who was “deep tissue certified” and the pricing on the website for deep tissue was also incorrect since I am a member I wouldn’t be paying $79+ so it was kind of confusing, I think the website needs to be updated to fix this.

Although I was very relaxed, the therapist did not use very many techniques. More continuing education would be helpful as he continues to grow as a massage therapist

I feel that technician has limit hours, I have tried each one there, others try to sell me product ,sale me a service that I don’t need at that time.
