Therapist was ok. Didn't really seemed like he was fully trained. I've had much better massages. He was pleasant and polite but not very experienced.

I had a facial and a massage the facial was fantastic. I have no complaints the massage. Therapist was also fantastic and extremely friendly but I believe she was wearing gloves and that made me very uncomfortable. I could hear them the whole time I could feel them the whole time I felt like I could even smell the gloves. I do not like it and will not book with her based on this she did listen to me she worked on my problem areas and she was friendly, but I do not like gloves.

Appointments are often already cut short because of the time allotted to disrobe. My specialist was more then 10min late and I scheduled back to back appointments. Upon moving to the next room I realized that I still had additional time and that my appointment was maybe only 20min

I mentioned this to the front desk but my massage was cut short about 10-15 minutes.

My experience was great and had no complaints. I’ll be booking again with the same person.

The hot wet towel was put on my back and then covered with the sheet, resulting in the sheet being wet and feeling cold when I turned around. 60 minute massage was essentially 45 min. Room was a little too cold for me laying with back exposed. Feet weren’t included in full body. I was asked in the end, if I brought my own wash cloth/towel, very peculiar if I am paying $100

I wish therapist did not use so much oil. Each therapist is different and I will ask about it next time. Im looking for a therapist who can work out some deep knots and still having a hard time finding someone who can meet that need. Also having a hard time with Haymarket and Chantilly locations not having many (if any)open appts.

During my massage there was a lot of loud banging and knocking in the room next door. I'm not sure if it was being cleaned or what but it was very loud and disruptive. I could also hear people talking loudly in the hallway which I didn't care for.

Appointment did not start on time. Was 50 mins long so ok, but disappointed that all of my add ons couldnt be completed because she didn't have enough time. Feel like the add ons should've had time added on for them? The therapist was great otherwise. I can't blame her for the time she was given. I feel like I paid for add-ons and didn't get the time they deserved.

There is always room for improvement. I paid an additional cost for a deep tissue massage and felt it was slightly more than a regular massage but not a deep tissue massage. Overall, the experience was great and it was a relaxing massage.
