Therapist recognized my pain and worked to release it while suggesting other things to work on at home to help as well

Staff listens well to needs. Demonstrates good knowledge of therapeutic techniques. Felt relaxed and refreshed after session.

Spa and therapists are wonderful. I am unhappy with the recent price increases Add on minutes to massages are not grandfathered in they are charged at at a new higher rate so in the future I will do one package without add on massage minutes

The staff is always courteous and professional. I enjoy my facials with Cindy, she’s awesome and does a great job.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I've been to this location several times over the last couple of years and I've had good and bad experiences there, yesterday was a great one though, the receptionist was wonderful and let me know that the therapist was running late (only by 10-15 minutes) thankfully he was worth waiting for! Since Glen left I've not been satisfied but Jim did a great job of helping me relieve some leg pain I've been having and I've already rebooked with him again.

Melody was professional, friendly, competent a d informative. This was my 12 year old granddaughter’s first facial and she was pleased. I plan to take her every other month.

My whole experience at Hand and Stone Leander was phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is definitely on point. The massages are just what I need once a month and Hand and Stone always comes through!
