Hand and Stone

I have always loved my experience at Hand and Stone, and have anxiously awaited the reopening after COVID. I was more than happy with my experience in my first visit since they reopened. Everyone was great and I felt safe and comfortable.

I have ALWAYS been treated VERY good at the reception area. Becca & the other staff have always been kind & friendly. I really enjoy the convenience & my therapist Cathy, she is AWESOME! If I just want TLC & relaxation she knows it. If I am in the mood to visit, then we visit. She is really good!!

Great therapeutic massage. Room was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. Therapist found the sore spots and muscle knots and worked on them without making me sore.

the massage was wonderful. therapist noticed my body language and adjusted pressure. I felt very comfortable considering the situation we are living in right now.

I appreciated a replacement mask given to me after my facial was completed. I received a free foot scrub along with my service, because of an email offer, even though it wasn't booked in advance. I appreciated that it did not seem like a big deal or inconvenience to anyone to get that extra service without advance booking.

Not only want everyone extremely friendly and helpful, but they took the time to get to know me and what my specific needs were.

Becca the owner is nice and knowledgeable. The therapist was pleasant and thorough. I never feel upsold.

The owner was the receptionist, but we didn't know till we started to leave. She was so nice, pleasant to talk to and very polite! The ladies that treated my wife and I were very nice and talked thru the steps as they did there work. A very wonderful experience, yet soothing, relaxing.
