the massage therapist took the time to get to know me and my injuries. She focused on the issues while taking the time to explain things and make sure that I was still comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and good at what she does.

Staff very friendly and the facility inviting

Glen was great. Very eager to accommodate my wishes. Very in tune with asking about pressure, deep tissue comfort, etc. Very open to suggestions and put me at ease.

I have the monthly subscription and have the same masseuse (Ashley) every time, she is excellent and friendly and remembers my needs from the previous visits. Also every single time I call to schedule or reschedule, and every time I come into this store the receptionist are always incredibly friendly. I love Ashley, but the average masseuse just does an average job, but I come back because of the exceptional customer service.

I appreciate the efficiency of the reception staff, being greeted by name as I arrived, and the massage therapist being ready and waiting for me. Patty does a good job for my needs and providing relaxation and ease of tension. I'm sure I'll be coming back for a long time.
