Hand and Stone

This was my first experience attending Hand and Stone and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. The staff was friendly and supportive. I received an Awesome facial. I was totally pleased with the procedure.

Friendly staff. They are not constantly pushing product or service. But are very customer satisfaction driven. Attending to what the customer wants and not telling them what they need.

The facial & massage were very relaxing, everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt much less stressed after the visit. The only things I'm not satisfied about: I was unable to book online, & I was told my packages that I paid for are about to expire. I joined at a different location so they couldn't help me.
