The receptionist on Saturday morning at 11:30 was incredibly friendly and sweet. Energetic, and interested in making the customer feel welcome and cared for. Ashley, (gave the facial) was incredibly well versed in the product, its uses, and its essences. She answered every question I had with great knowledge. Great facial! She was very sweet too. Wonderful experience.

I love Kenny - my massage therapist. He is knowledgeable and thorough. The receptionist was very pleasant.

Kenny focused on areas I specifically stated were in discomfort and incorporated more stretching and joint work, instead of just massaging. The only issue I always have is with checkout where my rate has often been confused because my wife is a member and I am a guest. Not an issue this time as she paid to avoid this again.

Sylvia was just wonderful!! She took the time to find out what I was hoping for with my massage and did an amazing job executing exactly what I needed. She was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I am booking another appointment as soon as I finish this survey!! And I’m definitely doing an hour and a half next time to maximize the amount of time I get with her amazing hands, and to experience the much needed stress and pain relief I got from my first appointment for even longer!! Both of the girls at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful and were a great representation of the Hand and Stone Company. My next appointment can’t come soon enough!!
