I felt I could actually see a difference for the better in my face. The anesthetist had a great bedside manner. The whole process completely relaxed me.

Elisabeth is an amazing massage therapist and the receptionists were both very warm and friendly, and knowledgeable. The lifestyle package is a good deal.

Matthew is an excellent masseuse...always happy with my visit with him. Staff is always very pleasant. Setting appointments on a weekend has to be done to far in advance.

I am very please with the service, make me feel relaxed and less stressed, Ana is excelent!

Elizabeth was great got all my knots out and made me more relaxed, so relaxed I almost fell asleep.

Akemy is awesome. She is probably the only reason I have continued my membership since the opening of this location. The errors made at the desk are growing more frequent, and staff is less friendly with every visit. For example, years ago the staff at the desk would always comment how radiant my skin was after my appointment, now I feel like they barely look up, and are more concerned about gratuity and booking the next service.

The reception area is always welcoming. Glad to see the water feature is working again. Need more opportunities for couples massages.

The therapist was excellent. I felt relaxed. Everyone treated me with cheerfulness.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I love Akemy my facials have been so helpful, my skin is so much better. As for my massage Matt is incredible! He finds knots in places I never knew I had. He has suggested additional services which have been incredibly helpful.
