From the moment I walked in for the first time to book an appointment using gift cards the staff has been amazing. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My appointment started right on time. Jessica was wonderful and explained exactly what she was going to do and asked for my approval. She also made sure several times during my treatment that I was comfortable. The facility is immaculate and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I have scheduled my next treatment in 2 weeks!

I have been a customer at H&S for some time. I have always been highly satisfied with the experience. When this past appointment was made, I was incorrectly scheduled for 50 minutes instead of my usual 80. The staff contacted two customers who were scheduled after me and the customers agreed to come in a half hour later, so I got my 80 minute session. The staff took charge of the situation and corrected the error. It made me feel like a valued client and that was appreciated.

The girls at the desk were very helpful, my massage therapist is excellent and listens to my concerns and needs, and booking my next appointments was effortless!

esthetician was very kind and knowledgeable. made me feel very safe. definitely a judge free zone and guided me in the right direction for better skin :)

Elisabeth is simply outstanding. She remembers little details about me among all of her clients which is truly remarkable. She also always provides an exceptional massage. No complaints about the location or massage therapist at all.

This facility is clean friendly and has kind personnel. I enjoy coming and I’m never disappointed. I am so glad I have a membership and will continue to recommend this place to others.
