Akamy was excellent. She was very gentle, thorough and quiet during the process. I was very pleased the front desk asked if I wanted Akamy to wear a mask. I was awkward when the estatician asked. One negative comment is the clarity on pricing. I looked on-line before going to find pricing of the facials. Details of add-ons were not available, or easy to find on the web and there was not written pricing at the reception. It seemed when I checked out, the receptionist charged me for the base facial using my whole gift card, so the add on to my facial as all extra. I don't think that was right. It said a basic facial was $69 on the website but my gift card was for $100. It seemed very sketchy to me.

Jessica gave me the best facial I’ve ever experienced at Hand & Stone. I normally frequent the Franklin Lakes location and often the esthetician forgets or neglects the massage step and only focus on the treatment. Jessica not only did a fantastic job with the treatments she took the time to really massage the face, décolletage, and scalp. I’ll absolutely be booking again with Jessica in the future!
