I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Everyone was very nice at the front desk. The massage therapist was very nice and asked if the pressure was good during the massage. It was very relaxing. Will definitely be coming back.

Jess is fabulous - friendly, courteous, and super knowledgeable and takes her time and knows about the products she refers. Will only book a facial with her.... But I love the waiting area of this particular Hand & Stone, from the moment you walk in the serene relaxing vibes start to set in. Which makes it a great relaxing experience. The receptionist was fairly new, my first time, seeing her and she was super friendly and helpful. I do notice a lot of turn around at the front desk thru the last few months. The spa is very clean as well which is a super plus. Please keep up the good work!!! Very very satisfied with my experience on 10/19/21 and I am booked for my massage already for next month !!! looking forward :}

Luda made good suggestions. She said I would really benefit from microdermabrasion. She was right
