Elizabeth was great got all my knots out and made me more relaxed, so relaxed I almost fell asleep.

Akemy is awesome. She is probably the only reason I have continued my membership since the opening of this location. The errors made at the desk are growing more frequent, and staff is less friendly with every visit. For example, years ago the staff at the desk would always comment how radiant my skin was after my appointment, now I feel like they barely look up, and are more concerned about gratuity and booking the next service.

The reception area is always welcoming. Glad to see the water feature is working again. Need more opportunities for couples massages.

The therapist was excellent. I felt relaxed. Everyone treated me with cheerfulness.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I love Akemy my facials have been so helpful, my skin is so much better. As for my massage Matt is incredible! He finds knots in places I never knew I had. He has suggested additional services which have been incredibly helpful.

Naomi is an outstanding therapist. She’s very knowledgeable and realizes that I’m there to relax so she keeps the conversation to a minimum. It’s really just asking me questions but is silent the rest of the time.

naomi is professional , attentive and provides a therapeutic massage. Ive been to many others but no one compares To naomi. I only come because of her. I understand that she can only take so so many clients. Hopefully everyone else will be trained at her level.
