Going to Hand & Stone Pompton Lakes is always a peaceful and relaxing experience. My esthetician, Jessica, is simply AMAZING! She always puts me at ease and takes wonderful care of my skin. She is friendly, knowledgeable and gives the best facials I’ve ever had!

My therapist, Dawn, is friendly, knowledgeable, makes me feel very comfortable and extremely pleasant. She always asks how I am feeling and if there are any areas of concerns she needs to address. I look forward to my monthly apts!

My massage therapist Jay was absolutely amazing. I’ve never received such a great massage before. I was in a total relaxation trance. I would highly recommend him. I am booking my future appointments to be with him!

The staff was very friendly. I was even late but still received my 1 hour massage. That was very nice. The room was lovely. I still feel my shoulder pain after my massage, but it did get a little better. Maybe my level of pain was too high to go away in one seance. I will go back in a month and try another therapist to see. Thank you team Hand & Stone for your great customer service overall.

A little discount every once in a while would be nice.

The massage therapist Myat has been amazing. She is knowledgeable and has really done a great job with massaging out the muscles which are tense .
