Hand and Stone

I've been to a few different spas and worked with many different massage therapists at Hand and Stone, but I think this most recent visit was one of the best I've ever had. I don't know if other massage therapists are hesitant for some reason, but this was a rare time when "firm pressure" actually meant "firm pressure!"

This is the best staff ever.. the massage therapists, the facialists , and the receptionists including the manager are honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had canceled my membership to save money.. had a few vouchers left.. and long story short I renewed my membership after my last visit for a facial. Everyone is not only so nice but so knowledgable and talented. I really cannot say enough positive things about this location! -Lauren Cheff

The girls at the desk were very friendly and greeted me right away. My massage therapist was prompt & professional and he did a great job in every aspect of the appointment. When I was leaving, the girls suggested signing up for the membership and they sold me! They were very sweet and excited to tell me about all the perks to having a membership. Can’t wait to utilize it! Overall, very nice experience.

Very comfortable setting and clean

Jayda’s massage was one of the beat I’ve ever had. I came in stressed and tense and left completely relaxed. Jayda understood my needs and met them perfectly. I’m all booked for my next one.

My aesthetician Victoria is the reason I have such wonderful experiences every time I come to Hand and Stone. She takes her time addressing my concerns and is extremely thorough with her work. I have seen my skin improve immensely since going to her monthly.

Dawns touch is so perfect for my arthritis needs. She is extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

My usual esthetician, Luda, was booked up but the receptionist called her to stay longer for me. Everyone went above and beyond. Also when I walked in I immediately realized I didn’t have a mask, I said I’d run out to my car to grab it but they offered one up without making me feel guilty. Excellent service.

Everyone is always friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. I always look forward to my next massage.
