Hand and Stone

I've been a member for several years, it's close to home and well managed. I feel a personal connection there the staff is pleasant always. The massages help my sore body feel better.

The massage therapist was in tune with what I needed at the time of the appointment. I felt relaxed and at ease. The facility was welcoming and clean.

My massage therapist was very professional and really addressed my problem areas. I was able to fully relax and left feeling stress-free. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming.

I have been very pleased with Hand & Stone Pompton Lakes since I joined. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I have been pleased with massage therapists and receptionists and have no complaints. Unfortunately, the massage therapist I used to have is no longer there and although I have found another one I really like, having to wear a mask while getting a massage is not my idea of relaxing. However, I completely understand the need and not challenging the use of masks and grateful for Hand & Stone's safety protocol. Thank you!
