Hand and Stone

I used to be a member of the Hand & Stone in Pompton Lakes and cancelled my membership due to COVID. I did not find it relaxing to use mask while getting a massage. The cost of membership is too expensive otherwise, I would rejoin. Thank you.

Naomi is the best, she pays attention to needs, she is irreplaceable. Not sure why survey asked why i was dissatisfied with receptionist. I backed out and did it twice and asked me the same again. They all were great as well. Especially naomi!!!!!! Thank you.

I normally get annoyed when they ask if I want to purchase a membership, I normally say no. I always just use gift cards from family members. However, this time they finally got me (in a good way). I purchased a membership because of my esthetician Jessica. She was excellent, and the front staff were really kind.

Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful from the start. Aesthetician is very knowledgable and not pushy at all to sell products or services. Felt that she was very sincere and honest in her advice. Would only use her again and highly recommend her to all.
