To start front desk is very friendly they start the service and compliment it any the end as well. Then I’ve had 3 different people, Naomi, Elizabeth and Matt and they were great. Last time I had Matt my back was very tense he worked on the entire back area and I felt so much better the next day. They are all doing a great job there!

I used to be a member of the Hand & Stone in Pompton Lakes and cancelled my membership due to COVID. I did not find it relaxing to use mask while getting a massage. The cost of membership is too expensive otherwise, I would rejoin. Thank you.

Naomi is the best, she pays attention to needs, she is irreplaceable. Not sure why survey asked why i was dissatisfied with receptionist. I backed out and did it twice and asked me the same again. They all were great as well. Especially naomi!!!!!! Thank you.

I normally get annoyed when they ask if I want to purchase a membership, I normally say no. I always just use gift cards from family members. However, this time they finally got me (in a good way). I purchased a membership because of my esthetician Jessica. She was excellent, and the front staff were really kind.
