Staff is always friendly and respectful of your time, you never have to stand there and wait for them to acknowledge/assist you. They answer phone calls quickly as well. I see Marlisa for every appointment, she’s amazing. Very polite, knowledgeable, answers all my questions and makes sure I understand, receptive when you have a request or feedback.

I love the staff and I plan to continue my membership with Hands and Stone.
