The whole experience was awesome! From the time I walked until the time I walked out all staff were pleasant and courteous. My massage was excellent I will definitely be back

As always I was greeted with a smile and by name when I entered the building. My massage therapist made me feel comfortable. I was able to completely relax and destress.

The customer service was good. The location is convenient. The therapist was out of this world - excellent!

I was able to relax and feel comfortable. My massage therapist did a great job and focused on my problems. I have a lot of tension and knots which were addressed. Although one appointment will not be enough to fully release all my tension/knot issues I was very impressed like always how great the massage therapists are.

My expectations were exceeded on our visit to this Hand & Stone location. We live in CA & my mother in law recommended this spa because she is a member there. The staff at the front was super friendly & my therapist Marilyn was beyond amazing. I wanted to sneak her into my suitcase & bring her home with me to California. She is a 10 out of 10 stars. Highly recommend her for anyone needing an amazing massage!

Enjoyed my first visit to this Hand & Stone location! It was an awesome experience!! My assigned Massage Therapist was very professional, yet comforting, and thorough making sure she satisfy the need(s) of the client. I will definitely return soon as I don't frequent as often as I should for self-care. I felt amazing from head to toe when I left ....that's my goal!!

It was nice and welcoming, I also like the whole set up I’m the entrance and the people were so kind and convincing I also really like the massage jasmine gave me on my face

Everything was fantastic and on point. I am highly very satisfied with the entire experience. I will return on a monthly basis.
