The team at reception is always extremely warm, professional, and helpful. I have had two massage therapists and both are incredible! I love your business and recommend to all my friends!

The whole experience was just very relaxing, and everybody was great. Customer service was phenomenal. My skin felt great after the treatment, and I couldn’t be happier.

When scheduling the appointment on your mobile app, it should show you the correct amount of the service. I have my member packages, and it told me I would owe for the service.

Everyone that works there did an excellent job. The massage was painful because I had so many knots. We have a contract with another facility, so not able to return at this time.

Overall experience was excellent from the reception Team, sign in, short wait and facilities. Had the pleasure of working with Ashley, an experience massage Therapist. She is the best one yet. I am a wealthy black guy and sometimes feel some form of subtle prejudice in high end establishments which cater to the rich. Have not felt the same at your business. Keep hiring people who are open, progressive and not racist or have inherent bias towards people of color. The dollar is same color to all. Thanks Max
