Josh is an amazing massage therapist who actually asked about what my target areas were and also focused on it. Not only that, this was truly a dynamic appointment where he moved around my arms to access the muscles around my scapula that needed addressing. He also gave me feedback about what he felt and how I might be able to address it through my own daily body movements. This was the first massage I had where I didn't feel like just a roll of bread being kneaded.

I was impressed with the quality of overall service. My masseuse was competent and asked about the level of pressure during my massage. She also provided adequate and equal time on different muscle groups throughout the massage.

My skin feels amazing! Brandy is a wonderful and talented esthetician. Love my Hand & Stone in Creekside!

Hand and Stone is conveniently located, smells great when I walk in, and always has mints and water/tea available. I would like it more if there was another, smaller waiting room where relaxation can begin. Also, I wait a few minutes past the hour each time before I'm taken to my massage room. I like when service begins on time.

Kelly explains what and why she does certain procedures. I like the products she uses. Her technique is fantastic and very relaxing.

From booking to when I leave, this is always a great experience that leaves me feeling relaxed and much better than when I went in. Life is very difficult for me right now with two small children and no support system, and this is a major part of self care for me. It never fails to help me.

Like always my appointment was absolutely amazing and life changing. Kelsey at the front was super helpful and friendly. My therapists Sonja was knowledgeable and addressed all my problem areas.
