Tiffany, my therapist was very good, asking for areas to work on and pressure to be used. She found and worked out several of my knots and problem areas. Everyone was friendly, the Spa clean and comfortable.

After knee replacement, various aches and pains have developed in the recuperation process. My therapist was very knowledgeable of what was needed. She knew exactly how to relieve my discomfort and stress. I was a new person when I left! My time spent is always too short, but she made great use of those 45 minutes! She had recommended I allow her to use a mini hot stone massage to enhance my regular massage, and I am so glad I did.

If you could relax 5 min after massage with no rush it would be perfect. The massage is amazing with Carolyne and i highly recommend the place and the atmosphere. I will come back every month
