The staff is wonderful and attentive. H & S is clean and well kept. The only thing that could be different is the colors used for online booking. Perhaps it's my computer, but the variation between available and not is not clear at all.

Alexa is always friendly. She takes the time to remember things about our last visit. She works really hard to make sure I enjoy the whole session and leave relaxed.

The therapist was great (Jeannie), the pressure was perfect, and really helped me with my aches.

When I arrived, the fire alarm for the center was going off and I was told that I would need to reschedule and that an upgrade would be provided. About 5 minutes after I left, I was called and told I could return. I was able to get my massage and free upgrade and I didn't feel like they were rushing or trying to short my time.
