The therapist was great (Jeannie), the pressure was perfect, and really helped me with my aches.

When I arrived, the fire alarm for the center was going off and I was told that I would need to reschedule and that an upgrade would be provided. About 5 minutes after I left, I was called and told I could return. I was able to get my massage and free upgrade and I didn't feel like they were rushing or trying to short my time.

After being dissatisfied with multiple facialists' skill sets, I found Jasmyne, and now she is my one and only. I dont know how much training is done for consistency across all facialists, but I had to search for a real professional at Hand and Stone.

Sonya was incredible! She did an excellent job and I am thrilled that I will get to have a massage from her 1-2 times per month for the rest of 2022!

Very happy with the visit. I am used to massages in high end hotels and spas in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Finally there is one that is almost the same quality that I am use to.

The massage therapist really hit all of my stressed spots with the right amount of pressure everywhere. She was one of the best massage therapists I’ve had in a while. I was increasingly relaxed after having a stressful week. I’m excited to be returning for my next appointment.

I have been a member of Hand & Stone the Creekside location since the year they opened. I look forward to my visits and pampering myself to monthly facials. If I miss a month I just use two packages and upgrade my service, which is great too. Kelly is my go to for facials, she does an outstanding job!!! I love how quiet it is, very serene. I've been to other spa's that are not quiet and it really effects the overall experience. The front office is so pleasant and the girls are always professional and friendly. Coconut water and tea are always offered to me if I arrive early.

Every member of staff I encountered was polite and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing, clean and decorated nicely. My therapist was knowledgeable and took time trying to relieve tender areas I have.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to the spa. Leslie helped me find the best facial for me. My skin looked better afterwards. I had a great experience for my first facial and will be returning.
