Emily, Ondrea, and Victoria were super nice and helpful in booking my service and informing me about the massage. Nate did an amazing job making me feel welcome, and addressed all my areas of complaint.

The staff are amazing!! They are the sweetest kindest ,helpful team ! GREAT prices for there services and products! Just super excited I found this place! Very pleased with everything about Hand and Stone !

My first time having Jasmine do my facial and she was far and away the best! She was very thorough in the cleansing and removing process. I've had MANY services where I thought they did not truly focus on what they were doing, but Jasmine was on point! I showed up on time and was seen ontime. There were no lags in service during the facial itself, which is not always the case. P.S. the ambient music is terrible. It always has been. I've been a member for 8+ years and it's gotten to the point where I turn the music off when I enter the room. How about some acoustic guitar or piano? ANYTHING is better than the generic ambient noise.

I highly recommend hand and stone- Best spa I’ve ever been to. Massage and Facial are outstandingly fabulous. Leslie is amazing at make my face like new again. She is very awesome at her talent.

Katelyn was likely the best I have had massage me in the last years. I have likes many at Hand and Stone and am disappointed when they leave. I hope she will stay. She was almost like a medical professional in how she talked with me about my self care and other ways to help with my issues. I appreciated her so much. Please try to keep highly sought after therapists at your spa. Emily left and before that was a lady names Melissa who was fantastic, mush like Katelyn in her medical knowledge. I have struggled after each of these ladies left to find another person I can commit to seeing regularly.
