Kelly is always professional and has good tips for good skin. I have used her for several years. My massage was very relaxing and my hand message was so relaxing.

I like that Hand and Stone stays current with their spa offerings. I can book an appointment with confidence knowing I am able to use packages and points to get additional services. I am very excited about the benefits of cryotherapy and look forward to my upcoming appointments.

Leslie is awesome! She helped me understand how I could use points. She always knows about every product’s ingredients, what helps my concerns, etc.

This was my first facial and I enjoyed the experience very much. I get a Swedish Massage regularly and the experience was relaxing and beneficial.

My massage therapist, Tear, (so sorry but I am not sure how to spell her name) was AMAZING!!! She addressed my tension spots, recommended things to do at home before my next appointment. I do get good results. The atmosphere is relaxing and the room is always clean. I am very frustrated, however, when I asked for an "add on" and pay extra during a facial but the add on turns out to be an "instead of" during my facial. The time is not extended but the "add on" is substituted for time during my facial. This is very misleading. In addition to that the cost has gone up substantially in the past two + years. I believe I paid $49.95 when I first signed up, and it went up in a couple of weeks to where it is now at $79.95. Inflation has been bad, but not that bad! It's also very difficult to book. While it has improved somewhat, for the first year and a half at least half of my appointments got cancelled or rescheduled because my esthetician had to do training.
