This was my first facial and I enjoyed the experience very much. I get a Swedish Massage regularly and the experience was relaxing and beneficial.

Anna (reception) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, confident, courteous and friendly. Very intuitive in managing our interactions. My massage therapist, Tear, (so sorry but I am not sure how to spell her name) was AMAZING!!! She addressed my tension spots, recommended things to do at home before my next appointment. I am definitely coming back!

Josh, the therapist was very knowledgeable and educated when working on my problem areas. I highly recommend this location and him to all my friends and family members since I’ve left.

I do get good results. The atmosphere is relaxing and the room is always clean. I am very frustrated, however, when I asked for an "add on" and pay extra during a facial but the add on turns out to be an "instead of" during my facial. The time is not extended but the "add on" is substituted for time during my facial. This is very misleading. In addition to that the cost has gone up substantially in the past two + years. I believe I paid $49.95 when I first signed up, and it went up in a couple of weeks to where it is now at $79.95. Inflation has been bad, but not that bad! It's also very difficult to book. While it has improved somewhat, for the first year and a half at least half of my appointments got cancelled or rescheduled because my esthetician had to do training.

Josh did a great job of listening to where I was having tightness in my neck and was able to help me. He did a great job.

Veronica is the best, she has helped me tremendously with my skin. She listens to my concerns and everything she has recommended for services and at home care has worked so well for me.

Absolutely love Leslie and Tiara! They are both extremely attentive and always make me feel like a special guest.
