Hand and Stone

I have been working with the same massage therapist for quite a while now and we have developed a strong rapport. He listens well and adjusts his technique and pressure based on my needs. The reception area is always tidy and the staff is friendly.

Adrianna is great at her job! Her knowledge of skin in my opinion makes her a master. Her recommendations for home care have improved my skincare routine 100%! She is an asset to Hand and Stone. She is the reason I will return!

Griff does an excellent job and I have been recommending him to my friends. He asks questions to be tailor the experience. He can answer questions I have about products.

Edger is well educated and focuses on the areas needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is very clean and well kept.

I think more can be done to those who have membership with Hand and Stone. For example, I think the coconut water given as complimentary while waiting is very nice. I actually love it. When I asked how much it cost to purchase it, I was told $24. It would be nice to receive as a complimentary item for being a valued customer with a membership!

Kathy, the Lead Massage Therapist, did an excellent job explaining the process, answering my questions, and providing a fantastic massage. The receptionist staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in explaining the services and products. I would highly recommend Hand & Stone.
