From the receptionists to my massage therapist Stasi everyone is always friendly and welcoming very easy to talk to as well.

Kathy has been my therapist for a while and is probably the best one there. I've seen others and was disappointed.

My Aesthetician, Kira, is by far the most knowledgeable Aesthetician I've ever had. Plus she only recommends what she feels is appropriate for you, and doesn't add services just to make more $. Absolutely trust her 100%.

The esthetician gave a thorough evaluation of my skin and was very knowledgeable, giving recommendations for caring for my skin at home. The products used were a high quality brand and the treatments/massage were very relaxing and beneficial.

Kathy was phenomenal.

The reception is always accommodating and friendly. I do sometimes have to wait past the appointment time to start. In those cases, the massage has still ended at it's scheduled time. If do feel if it starts late, it should respectively end late. The massage therapist was good with making it comfortable and working on problem areas as well as checking in. I appreciate that recently there was a form we were required to read regarding massage etiquette and what to expect. There was a question that asked if we prefer conversation outside of being asked about pressure, etc. during the massage and I have never been asked that. I really appreciate that being thought of.
