I used to go the Elmhurst location. The staff and receptionist are very rude & make you entering g feel very uncomfortable. I cancelled my membership with them and had credit to use and took a chance at Naperville. The staff was so nice and welcoming. My therapist Kathy was absolutely amazing!!!! I am so happy I booked with her she was so nice and knowledge & really helped me on my targeted areas. I will be back :)

My experience at Hand and Stone was exceptional. The knowledge of my massage therapist was above and beyond my expectations. I now just purchased the monthly package and will be back!

The massage therapist was personable and knew his points. He was communicative and asked questions to make sure I was getting the massage I needed prior and during. I was running late and the staff made me feel at ease.

Juan is a treasure. Whatever you are paying him, give him double that amount, with full benefits and PTO. If he ever leaves, I'm going with him.
