Hand and Stone

I used to go the Elmhurst location. The staff and receptionist are very rude & make you entering g feel very uncomfortable. I cancelled my membership with them and had credit to use and took a chance at Naperville. The staff was so nice and welcoming. My therapist Kathy was absolutely amazing!!!! I am so happy I booked with her she was so nice and knowledge & really helped me on my targeted areas. I will be back :)

My experience at Hand and Stone was exceptional. The knowledge of my massage therapist was above and beyond my expectations. I now just purchased the monthly package and will be back!

Juan is a treasure. Whatever you are paying him, give him double that amount, with full benefits and PTO. If he ever leaves, I'm going with him.

The atmosphere was inviting starting with the receptionist who graciously welcomed me to the facility and offered me something to drink before getting started. The massage therapist made it a point to inquire about any specific areas that needed attention before the outstanding deep tissue massage began. Thereafter, the esthetician warmly greeted me and throughly completed an outstanding facial.
