Hand and Stone

My husband and I have come together for years, last 6 months or so we cannot get the same time always 15 minutes off, which is crazy enough but we deal with it. Friday, we go and we are 15 minutes apart. My husband's massage ends up pushed back because a person before him is late. He cut his appt short cuz he did not want me to wait additonal time as we plan our night around our appointments. The member that was late should be cut short or reschudled, not our problem they are late and it should not effect our appointments or anyone after the late persons appointment. Dissatissfied how it was handled.

I love Hand and Stone! I feel so relaxed before I even enter the massage room. The massage therapists are wonderful human beings who are competent and care. Casey is amazing! She made me feel at ease instantly. The whole staff is professional and kind. I can't wait to make this place one of my permanent oasises!
