I loved that I was able to book an appointment so last minute (I booked at like 630am for an 815am appt) and have there be no trouble whatsoever with that. The cost of the massage is much better than I expected and I love that the monthly membership program is month to month, so I feel secure joining now especially since you never know what's going to happen in the future, like covid taught us all. It's perfect to get the massages I want but not be afraid of any cancelation fees or anything

I had a facial with Lauren this week! I’ve been going to this salon for one facial every 4-6 weeks as a part of the monthly membership since November at least and I am OBSESSED with this spa. They let you use the monthly credit toward a facial or a massage (they also roll over and can be gifted—amazing) and Lauren is so knowledgeable and friendly!! I came in November with dry, flaking skin and horrible maskne I could not soothe. Lauren suggested a combination of a calming and a detox facial, which my mostly dry, combination skin loves. We do the same facial every month. Every month I’ve also added a new dermalogica product suggested by Lauren to my routine (it’s pricey but worth it—and I’ve tried so many products before). I am a happy regular and will forever be a part of the membership program :,) I tell all women in my life about this salon, thank you so much for fantastic service as always. My skin gets better every month!!

The receptionist, Roni, was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to fix a billing issue by the time I was finished with my massage. Christina, my massage therapist, gave an excellent massage.

The receptionist was very welcoming and the massage therapist was receptive of my needs. Perfect pressure and seemed to really care for their clients

I got the full body massage and a hydration facial. Both services were absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the attentiveness from both employees. I felt so relaxed leaving and I am ready to return!

I always schedule on line. I can check the 3 locations I frequent for availability. I can also find which massage therapist is available and additional services.

Kiera was very good, very friendly and did a fabulous job.

I look forward to my monthly massage at Hand and Stone. Both Marco and Vince are very effective and work hard to soothe my problem areas. They really care and give good tips for stretching. I always feel better when I leave.
