The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. She provided helpful information before and after my appointment. My massage therapist put me at ease with his demeanor, provided a great massage, and gave me some advice afterwards. That was unexpected and appreciated.

I’ve been having aches and pains in my neck and shoulders and my massage therapist put them at ease. I liked that he asked me questions before the session and gave me advice on how to better relieve my issues after the appt.

Marco was excellent. His pressure was perfect. Will come again

Music in the room could have been a little louder but I am slightly hard of hearing

I was treating my daughter to a facial and wanted to use my available points since I had eight of them to use. I was charged $10 to transfer one of my points to her for her facial I don’t understand why I should be charged $10 so that she can use one of my credits for her facial. I stayed with Hannah and Stone throughout Covid and it’s just seems very unfair that I have to pay $10 to use one of my credits for my daughter

My estethecian provided me with advice on skin care. She was very knowledgeable about how I can improve and shared with me the products I should use. She's helping me get to my goal of having glowing skin. I'm excited to return next month !

The esthetician and the massage therapist both were amazing. They explained the process and products used thoroughly. I felt relaxed and revived after leaving.
