The firmness was spot on. The pressure was perfect. Stacey was kind and nice.

Very happy but was surprised of the 10.00 increase. Did appreciate being able to freeze my account during COVID. Understand you cannot give a glass of water but a case of mini bottles that customers could pick up as they leave would be so appropriated

The employees made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The therapist was very friendly and caring. She also explained what she was using. Great visit.

Sal is an excellent massage therapist. He respects that I do not like to talk during massages and has a good feel for appropriate pressure and finding knots. The only small issue was that one of the receptionists was wearing a mask that did not fit properly and had her nose exposed. This is the first time I have ever had anyone at Hand and Stone not have a well-fitting mask. In general, the level to which Hand and Stone follows CDC guidelines has made me comfortable continuing to get massages.
