I am sad that Lindsay is leaving but I am confident that I will find another therapist that works well for me at your establishment. This Hand and Stone, more than some other local Hand and Stones, is doing a great job of retaining and replacing staff. The staff seem genuinely satisfied and happy. Of course some leave but they leave this particular location well, which is not always the case at all Hand and Stones and I think this is due to excellent and caring ownership and management. I just saw the owner bringing in treats for his weekend staff and this type of appreciation goes a long way. As a customer, I really love seeing the owner being present... and bringing presents. Great job to Lake Pleasant Owners!

Got me in on the same day, very happy with that! My esthetician was very thoughtful with the products she used and her approach in what would be best for my skin. I felt like she was truly invested in my visit.
