The therapist met all needs, asked appropriate questions, and delivered on expectations. He was extremely professional and accommodating.

Everything from me booking my appointments to checking in and checking out was a smooth process. The receptionists and estheticians alike were all kind, respectful, and happy to answer any questions I had. I loved that the estheticians were so knowledgeable about products and treatments that might help with my problem areas. I came out feeling (and looking) better than when I went in - that’s a win!

The ladies at front desk know who I am. They're great. Melissa Lyon does an awesome job, she knows what I need and is super friendly.

Even though the aesthetician was late or didn't show up, the reception, staff handled that beautifully gave me an enhancement, and at the end of my appointment, which was cut short, they refunded the credit. I was impressed and very satisfied.
