My therapist has been incredible throughout the pandemic. Always wearing a mask, and understanding of my need of masks for my comfort. She listens to my needs and works extensively on problem areas.

The front desk was friendly and quick to check me in/out. My therapist, Abinidi, provided a wonderful massage with the right amount of pressure. He also encouraged me to do some stretches to prolong the effects of the massage, which I appreciated.

Just love the brand and the efforts to bring spa experiences to the market. The front desk team was all on their phones vs. actively engaged in the welcome process.

the receptionist was great in answering my question about signing up my husband. the facial was great and i look forward to doing that again
