Brianne is always wonderful! She is a very knowledgeable therapist. I prefer to only go to her. She makes the experience worthwhile. Hire more folks like her.

Very relaxing. Great ambiance. I loved the peppermint scalp massage aroma. I also felt that my massage therapist made sure to focus on the areas I asked him too which included my upper back and neck. Also, BEST foot massage I have ever had.

Jamie Reiff was excellent I can’t thank her enough... she was patient, kind, gentle & explained everything to me. Also took her time. I would love to keep her for the rest of the appointments that I book in the future.

My therapist made me feel very comfortable. Not only does he have a great technique, he felt comfortable throughout the session. I've had therapist who are competent, but they didn't seem 100 percent comfortable throughout the session.

Both the receptionist and therapist were really friendly and professional. The massage quality was also very good (pressure, focus area, etc). The one issue I experienced was that I tried to book online first but after putting in all my details, the website had an error, so I had to call.

Hayle was awesome! The best massage I ever had. My muscles were focused on. The customer service was on point, 100%.

It was just very relaxing and relieving. It was also my first time so made me feel good and comfortable. I absolutely loved everything about it.

My masseuse is amazing and helps me feel better each time. She gives great tips on stretches and other exercises to relieve muscle pain between appointments. The location is convenient for me.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this Hand & stone location. The waiting area is clean, the receptionists are friendly, and there is water available while you wait. The massage therapist, Taylor, is fantastic and probably the best I have ever had. The rooms could be larger and more sound proof, but overall the ambiance and atmosphere is relaxing.
