From the reception room to the massage was great my therapist I will highly recommend, the bathroom was dirty but my overall experience was great and it was my first time there.

My facial was amazing. Jamie was very polite and courteous. I felt awesome afterwards. I was very pleased with the service provided.

My therapist Bri was amazing and so friendly. I explained how tight my shoulders were and she really helped work out the tension, and also provided a friendly conversation that made me feel at ease.

I’ve had many massages from different practitioners over my 54 years. Many of them were fine. Some were bad, weird or just ok. The greatest thing for me is that I found the most talented, informed massage therapist in my life here at Hand and Stone. Thanks Vinesha at Universtiy City, Philadelphia! In addition, it’s easy to get an appointment and I’m always greeted with a smile. I’m looking forward to trying more services when I have a chance.

Vinesha is outstanding. Her massages are so good. She has expert knowledge of human anatomy and her approach is therapeutic and she creates a healing atmosphere. She is simply the best.

Staff was great

My esthetician was so sweet and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. All in all they made me feel comfortable and pleased with my experience.

Everything always runs on time, which is great. The reception area always smells amazing, and the place is very clean in general. My massage therapist used great pressure and focused on the areas I suggested.

The therapist was pretty good. I was taken back on time and the front desk staff were friendly. My only complaint is I requested an appointment online and no one called. After two days I finally called to schedule an appointment over the phone
