Very easy and convenient to make an appointment. The later hours i very conducive to my work schedule. Love the relaxing atmosphere and vibe of the spa.

My massage therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed for my first Prenatal Massage by offering me lots of pillows to accommodate my large bump. I just wish the table was a little wider lol

My therapist, Paul, was very professional and knowledgable. He checked in frequently to see how I was doing and to see if the amount of pressure was okay. I love that H&S is a little oasis in the middle of a busy city.
