I love the atmosphere and the the calm music. I love that they greet you by name and make you feel comfortable. It makes me feel like a queen for one hour.

The therapist did a great job! No complaints about service at all. The only complaint I have is the music they pipe in is exactly the same music over and over. It would be nice to have a playlist of relaxing music.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Great massage.

Stephen was amazing! He listened to my concerns and tried his best to "fix" them. I felt so good afterwards. He didn't try to chat during the massage (I like to have it quiet) and yet he answered all my questions. I felt comfortable in the room with him.

The therapist listened to my problem areas, focused on them and even helped me breath better during the appt.

I 'm not from the area and the gps took me from an unfamiliar route. I panicked and they graciously stayed on the phone and guided me straight to the place, and even met me at my car! 😎🐵

I walked in and it was my first time coming in. I was welcomed right away at the desk. The receptionists were very friendly and made sure i was getting the best services. I felt very comfortable and would come back with no hesitation!

It was wonderful! My massage guy was knowledgeable and made me feel amazing! The only reason I am unlikely to return soon is because I do not live in Philadelphia anymore.

Everything went very well, as usual. The value for the massages/facials is excellent (in particular because I signed on early and the monthly cost is $49.99). My only recommendation is that Steven not chew hard candy during the massage; it distracts slightly from the overall experience.
