Everything was really good, except that my massage didn't get started until 12:07 and the therapist stopped at 12:50...

Very quick and easy scheduling. Receptionist was very friendly during my inquiry over the phone and helping me with changing the type of massage over the course of three separate phone calls. Very calm and relaxing place, and the therapists were very accommodating and friendly. I feel awesome after the massage treatment so thank you once again to them and the department. The only thing somewhat negative thing is that I believe I was told a different price over the phone for the couples massage (for it being our first time at the spa there was an introductory rate mentioned) than what I was charged at the end of the session but that wasn't enough for me to review the spa negatively.

Kyisha did a great job. I felt Soooo relaxed afterwards, I could have taken a nap right there on the table. I will make sure to try to book an 80 minute massage the next time.

I enjoy the familiarity of the staff and being able to build a rapport. I enjoy everyone that I interface with at this location.

Overall my experience was great, I just had two comments regarding the facial. First, I had a regenerating facial, and my face was very dry when I left the salon and the rest of the evening. It would be great to include a deeper moisturizer with that facial to prevent this from happening in the future. Second, I wish more attention was paid to removing makeup, especially eye makeup. I left with mascara circles under my eye, which I didn't catch until I got home. A quick step at the beginning to completely remove any makeup, or directions to do so at home before coming in would be very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I always see Kai and Kiana (may not be spelled correctly) at University City and they are wonderful! They have both helped so much with my chronic pain issues and they are lovely people too.
