The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The massage therapists were excellent and very kind. The only bizarre thing was that we received an empty gift bag when we signed up for the membership. Not that we were expecting anything, but if you are given a nice looking gift bag, I guess you anticipate finding something inside.

Marcus was wonderful and gave me a great massage to the areas that I specified needed work. His deep tissue was just perfect and he was very friendly!

I was greeted with smiling, friendly faces in the reception area. The receptionist made me feel welcome and provided all of the information I need before my massage. My masseuse was Marcus -- who was not only super friendly but also listened to me when I told which areas I wanted him to focus on. During the massage I felt relaxed and Marcus kept me informed with everything he was doing. My overall experience was so postitive that I decided to purchase a membership the same night. Well done, all!!!

Peter was excellent. The people at Hand and Stone are always quite friendly. The only thing that would make me much more likely to recommend would be if there was some sort of locker room or at least a shower where you can clean up after your massage, as it is rather annoying to have all of that gel on your body for a prolonged period and a hot towel doesn't really do the trick.

My therapist was knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to discuss my medical history with me. He did an excellent job on my massage. He was friendly and talked to me before, during and after my massage. He followed up with me the day after my massage

So I bought gift cards. They added them to my account as they are only for me but the receptionist said I couldn't use them as the other location only added to my account and never gave me physical cards. When I bought them they knew I visited both locations and said they were valid there too...but I guess not?

Appointment time was less than the 50 minutes by several minutes. When you pay $120 for a treatment (which was very nice) you want the full 50 minutes.

It’s all good. Getting into the massage room is speedy and the massage therapist is superb. Checking out took not too long.

The message pertains only to my check out experience on 1/27/24. My check in experience was great and my massage was excellent as usual. During my checkout experience I was informed that I could not use points to pay for the 30 minute upgrade I book with every session. I was confused because I was able to use points during my two previous sessions. To avoid conflict and ruining the great massage I just received I paid the $40 upgrade fee.
