Hand and Stone

There wasn’t anyone at reception upon arrival. Although why appt started at opening, I was only a few min early. I spent what felt like a longer wait to undress.

Massage room was very small and hot. Reception area design was okay, but the chairs and overall feel was not "spa" like. Bathroom was rather basic.

It was the first time with the therapist. She was fine and I did reschedule. I was late and we agreed to skip something. I want to try again with this therapist.

Massage room #1 was very loud from neighboring noise, it was hard to relax

I would recommend it, I think if you start late you should give the client his/her full time, I was done both of my services in less time of my one hour massage

The address on maps wasn’t accurate, so I walked around outside for about 10+ minutes trying to find the entrance. I called reception twice for help and no one answered. They called me back and were very helpful in directing me to the right spot, but by then my appointment started 15-20 minutes late and they took that time out of my massage, which was a bit upsetting. Highly recommend making sure the address in Apple Maps is fixed. Thanks.

This appointment was good but the appointment right before this one I had an issue booking a prenatal massage. I was 12 weeks 5 days at the time of service and I was turned away because I was not 13 weeks pregnant. I was not told this when I scheduled the appointment over the phone and I was very upset to have gone to the appointment only to be turned away.

My appointment started a little late.

The masseuse did not ask me about the type of pressure I would prefer but was overall very good. I just felt that the pressure was a little too much at the beginning.
