Overall, it was a fine massage. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. My massage therapist was good, and I think repeat visits would be better. I don’t live nearby, so I only came because of the proximity to my girlfriend’s place.

The front desk was on personal calls the entire time I was waiting. When I was in the room the music cut out which was super weird and made things feel awkward. And this is the second time I had to cancel and rebook an appointment. That would’ve been fine but the first time I was promised a free add on I did not get and the second time I was already at the building and was told to leave and that I couldn’t get an appointment before two weeks. I wasn’t offered anything for my trouble considering I had already arrived at the building and was standing at the desk when it was cancelled. The therapist is great, but I can’t recommend you without those giant caveats.

I love hand and stone. Been going for years. Would def. continue to use them. My only issue is I think the website is glitching now so it won't let me log into my account or reset my password so I had to call in the next day to book. And second, my account was frozen during covid and I wish I would have gotten a phone call or email letting me know it was starting back up again. But it's my dumb fault for not noticing right away. I still love them. 9.5 out of 10.

It was a relaxing nice experience (no complaints!) but I wish the oil smelled more aromatic and my massage therapist were stronger.

I received focus on my back on the achy part but my full back was not completely done. The ache from the other part moved down but overall I did like my massage

The receptionists were accomodating to my questions and concerns as this was my first appointment, I felt like they kept a good time schedule and I was called back for my massage quickly! My massage therapist was great and I felt very relaxed.

Taylor is amazing. Probably the only thing keeping this spa open. His skills are unmatchable. I get nothing short of a wonderful 2 hour massage each time. I wish the music was working. That’s a long time to get massaged in silence. I will play music from my phone next time. The front desk needs more education on how gift cards work. I had a member priced gift card but was in the system as a nonmember and they tried to charge me a balance so I had to educate them on how it works. Very nice guy but needs mire training. But Taylor is the best and I’ll be back next week with my iPod fir my 2 hour session.

I was satisfied with service overall! Was my first time at location. However, I booked with same masseuse next month

My therapist was a little too personal sharing details about her recent divorce that made me a uncomfortable. She was sweet but overshared which made it hard for me to fully relax.
