Because there was 15 minutes wait time. When I was checking and the receptionist was busy on phone so it wasn’t very smooth

This massage did not include a front body massage (de collet, legs and hands). In this case it wasn’t a problem because the area that needed the most attention was my back / should but it would be helpful to have a clear idea what is included in the different massage options

I was certainly satisfied but I definitely think the overall experience could have been slightly improved. My appointment did start a little late but the experience was still great.

I wanted a little extra pressure in my lower back. This was not something I mentioned to the therapist as I didn’t want to talk during the service. I mentioned beforehand my affected areas and they were all worked on, a little extra pressure on my lower back would’ve been great though.

Seems like management doesn't do a good job of communicating to the front desk staff. I had a coupon for a free upgrade and they had not been told that this promotion was going on, so weren't exactly sure how to process it.

Did not get what was paid for. Spent very little effort in massaging my feet - they were barely touched.

The receptionist allowed someone to jump in front of me. The receptionist left the desk for about 15-20 minutes. If you take the elevator it’s by trash which smells awful.

I had a 5 o’clock appointment and walked in five minutes prior to five. I didn’t go into the massage room until 505 the massage did not begin until 510 and the massage therapist ended the massage at 5:48 so my massage only lasted 38 minutes. Paying a decent amount for a 50-minute massage this is very frustrating.

It was a great experience. The only small negative was that I had to fill in my information when I arrived, even though I had filled it in previously. That took a few minutes from my massage appointment. I also would like for my scalp to be massaged and it was not. But overall the massage was fantastic and the service was very friendly.

This hand and stone location need to be cleaned better over all it’s okay just needs some paint and a few up dates… the bathroom has no tissue or hand soap! 1st impressions are lasting impressions this was my 1st time at hand and stone overall I wasn’t impressed after many people have raves about this establishment! I feel that appearance wise you guys didn’t live up to your name
