The only thing I didn’t care for were the steps. It was a lot of them. Having to climb steps was a little annoying but overall my massage was great!

The massage was good, this was my second massage. I had Shanda, and she was much better than the massage therapist I had the first time. She found my trouble spots and worked them extensively without my even having to ask. She was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable about human anatomy. I was happy to have had her as my therapist this visit. One thing that I had some trouble with was the meditative music in the waiting area and room. I know it's supposed to be soothing, but I found it very depressing, and I was having a problem not getting emotional. I was also not very comfortable in the face rest, it's hard to breathe. I was told there was no alternative position, but I know that there are - for example, the person can be positioned on their side, or the person can lay prone with the head turned to the side. The quality of the massage was very good though. I have chronic muskuloskeletal issues, and it did provide significant relief.

I scheduled my appointment to be on the 24th of April at 12:00 pm and I wasn’t notified that my therapist wasn’t there until 11:30am. I was already parked outside waiting. I should have been contacted that morning immediately when they found out she wasn’t coming

I always seem to have an issue with the receptionists. Nobody ever understands what is going on or how things work. I had called a day in advance of my father's appt I made for him for his bday. I told them I would like to pay for it. My card was on his file and they said not to pay over the phone, they'll take care of it that day. That day, they didn't charge my card but instead used the package I had on my account, so when I went the next week, I did not have a package to use. I brought this up to the receptionist and she said she remembered my father and what happened. She said he "probably was confused". I know my father isn't stupid so this was insulting. I only came to this location because of Lamoya, but now that she is no longer there, I have a hard time coming back.

I scheduled two appointments. I was told one was with a male therapist, I said I would take the male therapist. After the massage, I was shocked and dissatisfied that my guest also had a male therapist who specifically requested female. I was not told there would be a change in therapist for my guest.

I feel like I paid a lot for a 50 min massage and there was no time allowed for the therapist to gather the product and apply. So in all 50 mins turned into 40 maybe 35 mins

There isn’t anything to tell, never expect the unexpected. I came for a service received it, my pressures needed more pressure added nothing to do with the therapist but maybe next time if possible more tensity
